Shipping Policy

Upon completing your challenge and The Paw Runner receiving your evidence by the specified evidence submission deadline. Your medal and doggy reward will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post.

All shipping costs within the United Kingdom are Free of Charge.

All International shipping costs are £5 and will be sent via Royal Mail within 3-5 working days

Challenge/Race Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for entering one of our monthly Challenges/Races. It's the first step for you and your dog to a healthier, fitter and happier future together. We know you can do it and we are with you every step of the way cheering you on, to help you smash your goals!

 

You are now entered into your chosen challenge and it's down to you to complete it in your own time, at your own pace, at any location, anywhere within the given timeframe.

REFUNDS

1. The entry fee you paid when selecting and purchasing your challenge is for the space in the race and not to ‘purchase’ the race medal and doggy reward. The medal and doggy reward is a reward for all completing entrants in the allocated time. Therefore no refunds are available.

2. Should you withdraw for a non-medical reason, the entry fee is non-refundable.​

3. The Paw Runner is not liable for any injury caused during the challenge to themselves or their dog(s) and if they can no longer continue with the challenge, the entry-fee is non-refundable.

4. If the medal or doggy reward arrives in the post faulty, let us know in writing to thepawrunner@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt of your goods and we will send out a replacement. The replacement may vary slightly depending on availability as each medal is unique to each monthly event. 

FAULTY RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached if applicable

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address provided in your email correspondence from one of the Paw Runner team.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products that are part of your Challenge/Race reward, please email us at thepawrunner@outlook.com to arrange an exchange.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase and look like a real bobby dazzler! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

All of these items are made to order – this means that when you place your order, it is unique to you and we print that item(s) especially for you. Because of these items’ nature, we will not accept return and exchange requests for any reason as our products are customized and printed on demand.

If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or printing quality issue, we can send you a replacement. Our policy lasts 30 days from your delivery date. If the 30-day period has gone, we can’t offer you a replacement.

To file a claim for a faulty item, please send us an email to thepawrunner@outlook.com and include the following information:

If the problem is significant, we will send you a replacement within a reasonable time. In this event, the original product can be kept at the customer’s disposal.
