The Paw Runner is born out of a passion for the outdoors, an even bigger love for dogs and a compassion for the wellbeing of dogs and humans alike.

The horrendous invasion of Ukraine is unfolding before our eyes and it's having devastating effects on all those involved.

​

Many Ukranian families are trying to escape Ukraine with their pets in hand, but there are others who have had to leave their beloved pets behind on the streets. Many dogs and cats are confused and scarred, it's absolutely heartbreaking to see.

​

I have been in touch with a charity 'Network for animals' who are helping the dogs and cats of Ukraine. They have reported that pet food is now becoming scarce in the shops and neighbouring countries are running very low on pet food supplies in their supermarkets.

​

I set up Paw Runner to make it my mission to encourage the wellbeing of both humans and their hounds. So we can't sit back and watch this heartbreaking situation of these poor innocent dogs and cats.

​

I am a 'woman with a van' so I am going to put it to good use and drive pet supplies and pet food to the Ukraine border where I will meet Foundation ADA and 'Network for Animals' who will take the goods into Ukraine.

​

I am asking for donations of dog and cat food, collars and leads, blankets, harnesses, dog bowls and pet cages to safely transport dogs across the borders.

​

We are raising money to help us purchase pet food and supplies from those of you who don't live local to us, and to help towards the cost of our travels from the UK to Poland to deliver the goods.

​

Any donation no matter how small will be gratefully received.
