Running Up

Continuous Movement has teamed up with Paw Runner to help get your running mojo back and focus on a fun new challenge!

We know some of you have felt deflated after many running events have been cancelled so far this year.

So we have launched a 100 Mile Virtual Running challenge as a fun way for you and your dog to venture out, stay fit, and get focussed while strengthening your bond.

The challenge runs throughout June 2020. This is to be done as an accumulation of multiple runs over the month.

When you smash your goal in the given time frame you will receive a bespoke medal and a doggy bandana.

Our medal is bespoke to this challenge and made out of wood from sustainable sources by an independent UK company.

Join our movement to stay motivated and help train towards your fitness goal, one paw at a time.
